On first consultation expect it to be between 60-90 mins. We will gather information about symptoms, causes & relationship to other ailments. An individual food, health & lifestyle plan will be offered & a treatment plan put in place. This will include making a commitment to your health & well being by changing foods & taking herbal medicines.

Finishing with a steamed, hot wet towel to remove residue. leaving smooth soft skin.
