Shirodhara offers a deeply peaceful therapy to a mind that is full, stressed, anxious or imbalanced. Warm medicated oil is gently poured over the ajna chakra (3rd eye/forehead) for up to 30 mins. Triggering deep relaxation & creating a safe place for the mind to be still & to address issues & concerns. it culminates in a beautiful head & face marma point massage
